I then downloaded the latest version and tried to install it, but that failed. I did find one help thread on google that said something about the Logitech Setpoint software may be causing an issue somehow, so I tried to upgrade it but it would never find the upgrade. I used to use a USB key that keeps the computer unlocked when it is plugged in and then locks it when it is unplugged, all I have to do to unlock the computer is just insert the usb key again.
There are times I am on a phone call and not moving the mouse and it just goes to sleep right in front of me. Every time it makes me go to the lock screen and enter a password, no biggie, whatever. Then it started to go sleep and turning off the monitors after 2 minutes regardless of what power setting I have or don't have enabled. That was fixed with a powercfg -h off in a elevated cmd prompt thanks to a fellow Spicehead. At first my laptop was going into deep hibernation where I could only get it back by hitting the power button on the laptop dock.
I did the upgrade from Win7 Enterprise to Win10 Enterprise last week.
I have this issue that I just cannot resolve no matter what.
